Teikoku’s Customer Portal is designed to improve our response time to you by automating the RMA process to get you back up and running faster. Through the portal, you can request an RMA, submit a decontamination form, upload an SDS, and receive an RMA number in a matter of minutes. You will also be able to track your order as well as your shipment.
Additionally, you may also request Field Service support such as start-up assistance, troubleshooting, and training.
